All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Tresses is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
